Booking & Payment Terms

1. Deposit

A deposit (typically 30% of the total trip cost) is required to confirm your booking and secure accommodation and park permits.

2. Balance payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Payment methods

We accept bank transfer and the secure payment methods shown during booking. Any bank charges or card fees are the responsibility of the traveller.

4. Currency and pricing

Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise. Park fees, taxes and levies are included as specified in each itinerary’s inclusions.

5. What’s included

Each itinerary lists exactly what is and is not included. International flights, visas, insurance, tips and personal expenses are usually excluded unless stated.

6. Financial protection

Client funds are handled responsibly and your booking is financially protected as described on our website.

7. Late payment

If the balance is not received by the due date we may treat the booking as cancelled and apply the cancellation terms below.
