Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by you

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges typically apply, calculated from the date we receive your notice:

• More than 60 days before departure: loss of deposit
• 60-30 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost
• 29-15 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost
• 14 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the total trip cost

2. Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payer using the original payment method. Third-party fees, non-refundable permits and supplier charges may be deducted.

3. Cancellation by us

In the rare event we must cancel, we will offer an alternative date or itinerary of equivalent value, or a refund of amounts paid to us for the affected services.

4. Amendments

Changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees and supplier charges.

5. Unused services

No refund is provided for services not used during the trip, including early departures or missed activities.

6. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.
